Below you will find answers to the most common questions we get asked. If you can't find the answer you are looking for, don't hestitate to contact us.
1. Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We deliver across the whole of the UK using Royal Mail.
2. Is there a delivery charge?
Yes – standard delivery is £6. But if you spend over £100, delivery is completely free.
3. How long does delivery take?
Most parcels arrive within 1–2 working days. Order before 12 noon for same-day dispatch.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes – once your parcel is shipped, you'll receive a Royal Mail tracking link by email.
5. Do you deliver on weekends?
Deliveries are usually made Monday to Saturday, depending on your local Royal Mail service.
6. Are there any postcode restrictions?
No – we deliver to all UK postcodes where Royal Mail operates.
7. Can I change my order once it’s placed?
If we haven’t shipped it yet, yes! Email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.
8. What happens if my wine arrives damaged?
No worries. Just send us a photo of the damage and we’ll sort a replacement or refund right away.
9. Can I return my order?
We only accept returns if your order is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
10. Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?
Not at the moment – but we are working on adding gift options soon.
11. Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum order – order as little or as much as you like.
12. I’m buying wine for a gift – will there be a receipt in the box?
Nope! We don’t include paper invoices in the box – everything is digital.
